Q: How many events do you do a year?

A: We did 250 events in 2013 alone. With 20 crossed trained staff members on board, you’ll get the experience that you deserve. Don’t take a chance on a company that is just practicing on you.

 

Q: I saw your David’s Bridal logo on your website. What’s that all about?

A: We have been exclusive partners with David’s Bridal since 2011. Partnering up with the nation’s largest bridal retailer gives us access to training, a large social network, and keeps us up to date about what is going on in the wedding industry.

 

Q: Why should I hire the photography, videography, photo booth, bus and the DJ together?

A: There’s nothing worse than dealing with several different vendors and trying to coordinate with all of them the day of your event. Our staff has performed at hundreds of events together. We know exactly where each other will be and when. This is very important as you want to make sure the evening runs as smooth as possible.

 

Q: Why should we go with your company?

A: There are several reasons why you should choose us. We offer a one stop shop. What that means is that you can get almost all of your major services booked with just one point of contact. That makes planning your event easier and it also makes for a smoother wedding reception and ceremony. Instead of paying 5 different vendors and having five different points of contact you have just one. Q: Do you offer anything else that we need to know of?

A: We offer a number of different add ons. This includes but not limited to, head table lighting, pipe and drapery, cake lighting, projector and screens, pin spotting, subwoofers, additional speakers, monograms, and a lot more!

 

Q: I love what I have read so far. What do I do from here?

A: Thank you! You are not alone and our schedule is filling up very fast. Q: What makes your photo booth different from others?

A: Our booth holds 12+ individuals in our booth. The poles are on the top of the curtained area allowing for your entire bridal party or guests to fit in the picture. Other booths can only fit 2-6 which is not big enough to fit everyone in the picture leaving out guests from partaking in the fun.

 

Q: Aren’t all photo strips the same?

A: No they are not. Our strips are an inch and a half bigger than our nearest competition. This allows more of your event in the picture and a bigger logo!

 

Q: How are the logos made?

A: We custom build every logo for you. There are no templates and no stock logos like other companies. You will coordinate with one of our designers to make the perfect logo for your event. It’s your photo strips. Let’s make them look the way you want them.

 

Q: I’ve seen a lot of scrapbooks. What about yours is different?

A: Great question. We replace every stock page in our memory book with thicker, more durable card stock. This makes for an extra sturdy memory book that offers a higher quality. Also, all of our pages and pens are acid free which means your memory book will last for several years. This is very important as acid paper or pens will eventually eat away at your memory book taking the memories with it.

Q: What makes your company different than other companies?

A: Every one of our DJ packages includes 2 DJs, online planning, and unlimited day of hours. Having 2 DJs at every event is one of the most important things to have. This helps for a more seamless evening and also offers the peace of mind knowing that there is always a trained back up on site at all times.

 

Q: Do you really have unlimited day of hours?

A: Absolutely. No one should put a time limit on your big day. We have unlimited ceremony and reception hours standard in every package. If you are scheduled till 10:00pm and you want to stay later just tell us to stay. It won’t cost you a nickel more. Don’t settle for less than unlimited hours.

 

Q: Why is online planning important?

A: You are busy and don’t want to deal with the hassle of paperwork. After all it’s 2014, and we understand that your time is valuable. Online planning gives you flexibility to plan your event at your convenience. The emcee for your event will meet you prior to your event to make sure everyone is on the same page and to finalize the planning forms as well as any last minute details.

 

Q: I want up lighting but I’m worried about how it will look with all those cords. Is that a tripping hazard as well?

A: Not a problem! All of our up lights are WIRELESS. That means no cords everywhere and no tripping hazards. Wireless up lighting also gives you more flexibility to customize your reception hall setup. We can easily light up your head table, cake table, or anywhere you wish while maintaining a clean look. Most of our competitors don’t offer wireless lights. With us you’ll always get wireless. It’s another way we are different.

Q: How many people can your bus hold?

A: We can fit 14 people in our party bus.

 

Q: What features do you have standard in the bus?

A: Our bus includes a sink, mini fridge, aux. jack in the back to control your own music, on board photo booth, and all fuel and taxes are included in the price! We don’t force you to pay a tip. If your service was exceptional you may tip but it’s entirely up to you!

Q: You have a photo booth on the party bus?

A; Yes! We are the only party bus with a photo booth on board. The TV is your photo booth screen and it takes unlimited pictures throughout the night. At the end of the night we will give you a flash drive with all the pictures and upload the pictures online once the trip is over. What a fantastic way to remember your night!

 

Q: I don’t want anyone else to see my pictures. Do you have a way to prevent that?

A: Yes! We always lock your party bus pictures with a password made just for you. We can leave the pictures online unlocked but that’s entirely up to you.

A: We always have 2 photographers at every event. It is nearly impossible for just one photographer to capture all of your special memories. You will always have 2 trained photographers to capture everything.

 

Q: Do you edit all of your pictures?

A: We edit almost all of the pictures taken for an event. This is very time consuming but necessary for your to receive the best possible pictures.

A: Our videography packages offer unlimited day of hours. That’s no typo. Just like our DJ and photography, we would never dream of putting a time limit on your big day. The last thing you want to do is worry about how long till your videographer has to leave.

 

Q: I don’t know what I’m looking for in videography. What are things to consider?

A: You should always have 2 videographers at every event. Things can change last minute at weddings and with only 1 videographer you might take the chance on missing the shot that needs to be taken. All of our cameras shoot in full 1080P High Definition. This means crystal clear video as a final product.

A: We always have 2 videographers at every event. It is nearly impossible for just one videographer to capture all of your special memories. You will always have 2 trained videographers to capture everything.
